    Elegant Floors was contacted by Gamble Gardens of Palo Alto. The house's hardwood flooring was badly in of need of some TLC.

    Gamble Gardens’ den’s newly refinished hardwood floors; visits the beautiful gardens and house in Palo Alto.

    After getting opposing opinions from other flooring companies who suggested complete wood flooring replacements, Elegant Floors strongly suggested refinishing, as that's all that was needed. Elegant Floors got the the job and they returned the floors to their natural beauty, while this non-profit Palo Alto treasure saved thousands of dollars by not going with an unnecessary new, hardwood flooring installation. The project involved 3,500 square feet of white oak hardwood flooring, with a chestnut color stain, then sealed with three coats of Pallman high-quality a water-based satin-sheen finish.
